About the MAXXIS brand
MAXXIS INTERNATIONAL is a Taiwanese company also known as Cheng-Shin Rubber Ind.Co.Ltd. It's the ninth largest tyre company in the world. It was established in 1967 in the city of Yuanlin,Taiwan. At the beginning MAXXIS INTERNATIONAL (Cheng Shin Rubber) produced only bicycle tyres. While the companies constantly grow, it started to produce a wide tyre's product range for vehicles. MAXXIS expanded to totally new markets and went far beyond Asia. From that time MAXXIS International established operations in good quantity of countries such as United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, The Netherlands,Japan, Dubai, Taiwan, China, Thailand and Vietnam. Maxxis products are distributed to almost 170 countries in the World. The company employs 28,000 people. In 2009 MAXXIS had a worldwide revenue of over 2 billion dollars. The company produces tyres for industrial vechicles, trucks, motorcycles, bicycles ect. MAXXIS was the major sponsor of 2011 and 2012 Australian Open,the New York Yankees baseball team in the United States, Barclays Premier League teams Liverpool, Aston Villa and Sunderland in England.
